I started working with Caldwell food service in 2010. My husband also works for Caldwell School District. Some of my grandchildren come to Van Buren. I love to cook , do puzzles and color on my spare time. I really enjoy all the students. I try to make it a point to know their names.

Christina Padilla-Ramirez
I joined the spectacular Van Buren Kitchen Crew in October 2015. I have been here for 6 years going on 7 and love every moment! My 4 children are former Van Buren Bobcats. I have 3 girls Aalekxiz, Elliana, and Aaliyah. My youngest is my son Mario. I also have 3 chihuahuas & 1 German Shepard; Bella, Billy, Malaynahh, and Goku. I am married to my soulmate Mario we have been together since 2006. I have lived in Caldwell for 15 years. My interests and hobbies are poetry and crafts. I love cooking! What I love about my job is the children, I love seeing their smiling faces and hearing their amazing stories. I also appreciate the kids that thank us cooks everyday for our delicious food.

My name is Maria Camacho. I have been working for the food service at CSD since 2017, and have been at VB since 2018. Something I really enjoy about my job is interacting with the students every day and working with amazing people. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. Im married with three kids and a dog who are my world. I also enjoying going out with my friends and family.

Hello everyone! I just started working with the ladies in the kitchen at Van Buren in November 2021. Before I came to work for the Caldwell School District, I was a juvenile detention officer, for 23 years! I love working with kids, and am really enjoying my time here with everyone. In my spare time I like to cook/bake cakes and travel, I have been overseas a few times, but I also love a quick roadtrip to the Oregon Coast. I love to spend time with my husband Tim and my 2 boys Zane and Jacob. During the summer we do a lot of camping with the rest of the family, BBQ's and pickleball. I also have 2 little pups, a border collie mix called Skip and a pug/chihuahua mix called Beans. I look forward to continuing to get to know everyone here!
