Mr. Harding has worked in the Caldwell School District since 2010. He enjoys working with the children of Caldwell and is honored to be the Principal at Van Buren Elementary. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Camie McReynolds Instructional Coach Mrs. McReynolds is a proud Caldwell High School alumni. Later she graduated from Boise State University with a Masters in Elementary Education with an emphasis in mathematics. She has worked at Van Buren for 16 years. Mrs. McReynolds has taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. Currently she is the instructional coach. Mrs. McReynolds believes that teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring change.

Leslie Albor
School Counselor
Miss Albor, a proud Idaho native from Homedale, is excited to join our team with her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Idaho State University. With five years of experience supporting K-12 students in both online and in-person settings, she’s passionate about creating a welcoming and positive school environment. Having previously served as a school counselor in Wilder, she’s experienced in supporting McKinney-Vento families, implementing 504 plans, and providing social-emotional lessons. Outside of work, Miss Albor loves going on long walks and exploring new restaurants. She’s excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to our school this year!

Health Aide
My husband and I have 3 amazing boys! I love coffee, football, Disney, and anything to do with cactus or succulents. My favorite things to do are: spending time with my family, watching my boys play sports, and watching football!!! I love being apart of the VB family! Being able to get to know the students of VB is a highlight of my job!
